Here we have a touching story of a love that was not to be. A lesbian artist(DiCaprio), dressed in man's clothing, sneaks onto a ship and meets a princess engaged to an evil ogre.
I forget what happens in between, but......in fact there's nothing really worth paying attention to after that, except the incredibly lovely Kate Winslet(how is it possible, with her va-voom body, so many young girls who saw the film still have body issues? Kate Winslet is the only sexy young actress Hollywood has left) and DiCaprio, who looks very good in men's clothes, I must admit.
But then there's the loooong part where all the characters you've found annoying for the past three hours all die. Slowly. With great special effects. Great fun for all, and I mean that quite seriously, which is why I'm giving this any review whatsoever.
Skip past the first part of the film about the transvestite and the princess, and you'll have a great time.
